1. After shampooing, apply the mask to towel-dried hair from roots to ends.
2. Allow to sit for 5 to 20 minutes, depending on the desired intensity.
3. Rinse thoroughly.
4. Washes out after 2 to 5 shampoos.
5. For first use, leave on for a maximum of 5 minutes to evaluate intensity.
