Neutralising oxidation on brown hair
5I received the ash brown shade varia on mask along the clarifying shampoo. It was the first time I tried this brand and I loved it from the first time. My hair is light brown with some highlights, and it tends to oxidise. By using this mask you can really see a change and how the hair tone goes to the colder side. I left it for 30 minutes after using the clarifying shampoo, and I do it 2-3 times a month. I have tried purple shampoo and other purple masks, and I can certainly say that this is the first one that get instantly and visible results. I also find it helps to diffuse the transition of colour when yo have a bit of roots. I have already recommended it to my sister, and I'd certainly be repurchasing it.
Condition mask
4If I were to review this just as a conditioning mask then it is a great product. It is nice and thick and easy to apply to your hair. Once washed out it leaves your hair lovely and soft. This conditioner mask was meant to have colour depositing properties that I just did not notice.
Say goodbye to brassy!
4I've always had difficulty balancing out my brassy hair from frequently dying it brown. I was a little sceptical at first, but I think I've converted to being a Christoph Robin fan. First impression, thee mask is very thick and creamy, the colour of the mask was a blue-purple and had a very light fresh smell similar to baby power. I followed the instructions, washed my hair first using the Christoph Robin clarifying shampoo then applied the mask from root to trip and lathered in to make sure my hair was saturated. The recommended time for the mask is 5-30 minutes, I left in for 30. I had to wash my hands straight after applying as it turned my hand a grey-blue colour and gave my nails a blue pigment. Luckily, this was removed with soap and a good scrub. After the 30 minutes was up I washed the mask from my hair and blow dryed. Overall, I'm very impressed with the finish. My hair smells fresh like baby power, soft to the touch and has a lovely shine. The mask did manage to cancel out a lot of the brassiness from my hair. I still have a few brassy strands but that could be down to my application. I'm yet to see how long the colour holds. The packaged says 3-5 washes. Would I buy this? Maybe! The price is more on the luxury beauty side so this would be more of a treat. It depends on the staying power of the mask

5I was really impressed with this product. The clarifying shampoo works wonders and leaves my hair feeling really clean and refreshed. The mask i was not expecting to make much difference to my hair but i was shocked at the results. My hair looked much brighter and healthier after using it and the colour was much more intense and luminous. It refreshed a hair colorant that i had used weeks previously and my hair looked just as good as it did immediately after using the hair colour and it was left extremely soft and healthier looking. It was easy to use and i found that it had a pleasant smell without any heavy chemical residue. Overall my hair looked much better after use and this is now my go to product. Really impressed and will definately continue using.
Nice as a treat but not worth the hefty price
3Having been very blonde and then going to a mid warm brown I was keen to try this to see if it knocked the brassiness out of it. My hair always turns reddy a few weeks after colouring, which is really annoying. This product takes that all away, and although it says it doesn't cover grey hair, mine are 100% less noticable. Nice product but not in my price bracket. I'd be more inclined to stick a toner on to get rid of the red tones.
Game Changer
5Wow, what can I say? I am so so impressed with this product I wasn't expecting much but boy was I wrong, it left my hair smelling amazing, feeling great and most of all it gave my dull hair a new lease of life, the colour was vibrant and shiny it honestly looked like I'd just had my colour redone.

5As a lover of hair masks, I have never before used a shade variation mask because of my hair colour. This mask matched my ash brown colouring perfectly, and the results were really interesting! I noticed that I did not need another hair mask for over a week, even considering my hair has not been cut in over nine months due to lockdown. Furthermore, my colour, which is pretty brassy, looked much cooler and rich. I would recommend this product to my friends who love self-care as much as I do and are looking for a hair mask that packs an extra punch!
Amazing product!
5Having just started my journey into allowing my greys to reveal themselves, after many years of black or dark brown hair dye, I was left with a multicoloured mess of hair that I was becoming more and more tempted to just redye. On using this product just once, in the shower (after the cleansing shampoo) and leaving it on for only 10minutes it has blended my natural and dyed hair into a lovely warm colour, allowing my greys hair to come in like highlights. Instead of feeling unkempt and messy I am now embracing my natural grey highlights against a warm brown healthy looking base colour.
Excellent product
5I'm currently in the process of growing out my dye, my natural is light ash brown with a few greys and my due was a warmer brown. The line of regrowth which is around my ears now is super noticeable. This mask really disguises that line as it completely tones down the warmth and doesn't grab onto my greys at all. Made my damaged over processed ends hair feel so soft and nourished too. I'll be using this until my old dye is fully grown out and cut off, I absolutely love it!
