Fab curl cream
5Since lockdown I've put the straightners down and decided to wear my hair in my natural curls. This also means I've tried numerous new curl creams and this one did not disappoint. It's a light cream and not oily. A little definitely goes a long way. The tube the cream is in looks lovely and I'm so pleased this didn't come in a cardboard box. This cream is of the higher price range but it really does what it says on the description.
Great for fine naturally curly hair
4I really enjoyed using this product and would highly recommend it to others. Having very fine hair I am always very nervous about using products and having them weigh my hair down and making it look greasy. However the luscious curly cream was fab and I could hardly tell I had any cream on my hair and it did such a great job. You didn't need to use a lot to make a positive difference to your curls either. I have much more definition to my curls when using the product and have been keeping my natural curly hair a lot more rather then trying to straighten it because the curls are all flat and undefined. Using this cream allows me to air dry my hair which helps save time in the mornings. The scent of the cream wasn't overpowering and it came in an easy to use tube. Other creams I have used in the past have left my hair feeling greasy and heavy or crusty. I will be looking to use this product again in the future and recommending it to others.
Will give the natural look u wanted
4The cream it self feels very light be easy to apply I use it after washing on dumb hair ,my hair looks healthier,brighter It did help define my hair and gave it the natural look I recommend to friends and family
My curls love it!
4I have very thick, 2c/3a long hair that gets very thirsty. Since trialling this product after cleansing and conditioning, I apply as a leave in conditioner/styler and my hair drinks it up. Some hair creams make my hair feel heavy and weigh the curls down or make them stringy, but this doesn't. It moisturises nicely and gives a light hold before I add gel and/mousse for a stronger hold. I would definitely be keen to use again, but the price is a bit steep, so perhaps I'd wait till it's on promotion!
Noticeable difference over two weeks
4I've been trying the Christophe Robin Luscious Curl Cream with Flaxseed Oil for a couple of weeks. The cream doesn't really have a strong smell and is easy to apply - I used about a walnut sized blob (I have very thirsty hair). The first time I used it on wet hair, then let it dry naturally but I found it left my hair quite dry and frizzy. Since then, after every use I have followed it with my usual curl control moose and I have to say that over the past couple of weeks my curls have improved and they do have more definition. I have tried it a couple of times on dry hair to refresh my curls but this just left them brittle. I think if your hair responds well to curl creams then it is worth trying.
Great product
5This product certainly calmed any frizz and lasted well in my very long, very curly hair. A little pricy, but if you find something that works then you pay the price.
All in one styling
5I have truly enjoyed using this. Normally I end up using multiple products to get frizz free, defined curls with heat protection for when I diffuse my hair. This cream is an all in one and you don't need very much compared to other products which I get through very quickly. The smallest amount through my curls, a bit of scrunching and diffusing the curls dry. The best wash day I've ever had with just one styling product. I'm so amazed.
Styled curls
5I discovered this product for free thanks to BzzAgent and I have been using it for weeks now. It is really easy to apply and my curls are amazing. Not greasy and very hydrating. You only need a small amount of the product and your curls will look perfect for days. I would highly recommend this product!
It's a lovely product but just not for my hair type..
3After using this product a good few times, I've decided it's not for me. First impressions were great and I even made a little video saying so, but over time I've gone back to my usual products that keep my curls defined. Although the product felt lovely on my hair, my curls ended up a bit flat and frizzy. I do think it would be fine for a night out but you would have to wash your hair again the next day to start over because my hair just ended up quite lifeless. It didn't keep my curls defined for the day after. I have mixed Afro European hair and I don't usually wash my hair every day but with this product I would have to. The texture of this product is really lovely and it feels very light on your hair but I prefer a more oily based product that will help keep the frizz down, make my hair glossy and bring out my curls better.
Marvelous for curly hair
4Really wonderful hair cream. At first I thought I had used too much as my hair felt a bit over saturated, but as my hair dried it disappeared into my hair. I don't think my hair was curly enough to get the full benefit of this, but would be perfect for very curly hair.
