4Having only used a traditional shampoo+conditioner, I was not sure what to expect from this. My goal was to move away from silicones and sulfates without drying my hair out the way many non sls/non silicone hair products seem to. Having used this for almost a year, I can honestly say it is wonderful. Last week I went back to my old hair products just to get a fresh comparison and, oh my, they were awful. The cleansing mask genuinely leaves my fine hair soft and fluffy. I use the prickly pear serum afterward on damp hair (less than a pumps worth and my hair is long). I also recommend the hair lotion. Recommendations for users of the product: 1. be prepared for it to take longer to clean your hair. You need to really rinse it out or your hair will feel heavy. I am okay with this extra time because I am not stripping my hair with sulfates. 2. It took me time to learn how to use this. Be prepared to try it numerous times and have it feel to heavy or like it is still in your hair. I absolutely emulsify with it at least four times before giving it a *very thorough* rinse. I am so glad I gave this the time to learn how to use. It is such a fantastic product, and it smells amazing. Definitely recommend.

5I've never gotten compliments on my hair before. I had dry, frizzy, dull, and fine hair and tried so many products to fix it. I've been using the cleansing mask with lemon, hair oil with lavender, and daily hair cream with sandalwood for a year now. My hair has been brought to life. It is shiny, full, and so healthy. It even looks good if I don't style it. I have gotten three compliments on my hair in just the last month from people who have known me for over 10 years. I will use these products for the rest of my life.

4I was drawn to this because I kept reading about it over and over during my research on French hair products. I feel that it is worth the price tag. It contains a generous amount and a little goes a LONG way. The citrusy smell is pleasant, light, and not overwhelming. I have very thick and coarse wavy dark hair. I definitely noticed a difference after working this into my weekly hair care routine. I wouldn't say it is a life-changing product - in my case. My coarse tresses simply won't live up to my personal expectation of "radiant and movie-star glossy" just by using a famous hair mask - woe is me; they are stubborn. However, my hair does feel smoother and it smells lovely after using this. Per a suggestion I saw on Christophe Robin's Youtube channel, when I am feeling EXTRA indulgent, I like to mix this with the Sea Salt scrub so that my scalp gets a deep cleanse while my strands get a deep cleanse via this hair mask. I think this would make a great gift for someone no matter what their hair type, too. Would definitely buy this again, either for me or others. It seems like it would be universally beloved by any hair type based on its cult status and the many reviews I've seen on it.

5Outstanding product! I have been impressed with almost all of Christophe Robin's products. The Lemon Mask is a true game-changer because it is very gentle on dry, color-treated hair...this has completely renewed the health and vitality of my hair. This product preserves the color, while also imbuing the hair with much-needed moisture, and improving its texture radically. Just be careful not to get it in your eyes, as it does sting. But it's worth every penny - enjoy!

Great hair product
5Although using this product takes some extra planning, since I leave it on for at least a 1/2 hour, and then rinse my hair - it is well worth the effort. The product leaves my hair super soft and clean.

5I've been using this product for about ten years, I think. I love it because it makes me my hair feel super clean, removing all the reside of the products I put on it, but still remains a very gentle, natural product. I really recommend using the whole product line for best results!

5I was a little skeptical when I first decided to purchase this cleansing balm. I have very thick coarse hair and have lived my entire life thinking that I needed silicone rich shampoos and conditioners. The idea of using a cleansing balm and no follow up conditioner really kind of scared me. But I did it and all I can say is wow. My hair is soft and shiny...and it smells wonderful. So many shampoos have scents that are overbearing but this smells natural and lovely. I am thrilled!

5A couple of years ago, I did the unthinkable, and went to another colorist as mine was booked out and I had to go longer between appointments. Well, big mistake. My hair is highlighted blonde, and it "likes" to be blonde, so it's not hard to lift it to a pretty pale blonde. The colorist I went to apparently didn't know how to highlight without frying my hair. It was horrible. When I was able to get in with my regular stylist, she was baffled by what the other one did. It took us a while to get it in a healthy state. During this time, I discovered this shampoo. Along with being gentle with my hair, this shampoo helped with restoring it's former health. My hair did recover, which is pretty impressive because my hair is really long. The price was a little hard to get past initially, but hair is serious business for me, so I was willing to try anything to help my hair. I'm so glad I did. If the directions are followed correctly, it works beautifully, and leaves my hair looking incredible.
